Foster Care Closet
If you think back to your "younger years" the memory of receiving new pajamas for the winter months may pop up. A group of CCK volunteers (Mindy Vyhnalek, Sandy Scheinost, Marilyn Napier, Marilyn Scheinost and Cheryl Ross) met at the Foster Care Closet on November 17 and were delighted to discover our afternoon project was sorting, organizing and tagging pajamas for boys and girls. The group arranged short-sleeved and long-sleeved pajamas in sizes 4 to 8 while discussing Husker sports, Thanksgiving plans, and the rapidly changing world of phone and TV technology. December 8 from 12:30-2:30 pm is the next service event for the group.
